We have the feeling of brotherhood. India is a land of great saints, national reformers, great scientists who have left their foot prints to follow. We have a great cultural heritage.

It is said that the God is the ocean of knowledge. He is also our Teacher teaching us to see what is real and what is not with a lot of patience and love. With faith in His goodness, when we begin to live by his teachings, we are rewarded with a life of happiness, free of worry. We feel that we are walking holding His hand and that He is there to take care of all our worries. We are constantly and gently shown the way.

The programme began with a melodious prayer sung by the students of the GEMS and made the whole atmosphere pious.

There were a variety of dances performed by the students. Some dances conveying social messages, some entertaining the audience and some others reflecting the ethnic Indian culture were performed on stage. The students’ enthusiasm was unmatched. The hard work they had put in the preparation of the function was evident in their graceful and energetic performances. The students anchored the programme demonstrating their oratory skills.
